With over 25 years in the advertising industry, Paul Irving has worked
at some of the world’s largest agencies, shaping iconic brands
and award-winning campaigns. He spent eight years at Cossette,
leading the creative team on McDonald's, where he launched the
I'm Lovin’ It platform in Canada. His portfolio at Cossette also includes
major brands like Bell, Coca-Cola, Nike, General Mills, and Petro-Canada.
Paul later joined JWT, where he led promotional creative for Tim Hortons, playing a key role in rebranding major campaigns like Roll Up the Rim.
Throughout his career, he has won numerous awards, reinforcing his reputation as a top creative mind in the industry. Specializing in food
& beverage marketing, Paul has worked on brands such as KFC, Swiss Chalet, A&W, Mr. Sub, Mucho Burrito, and Oxford Frozen Foods, bringing strategic creativity to some of the most well-known names in the industry. In addition to his work as a creative leader, Paul has also worked as a director, bringing his vision to life through film and content production. His hands-on approach to storytelling and execution has allowed him to create high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms.

Beyond advertising, Paul has always had a passion for music. A guitarist at heart, he once toured with a band and even owned the legendary Jeff Healey’s Night Club.
Driven by a vision to integrate creative, strategy, and production under one roof, Paul founded his own company, building an 85,000 square-foot production facility that streamlines all aspects of production. His ability
to bridge creativity with execution has made him a go-to partner for major ad agency pitches and high-profile campaigns.
